No, no. AC/DC is not following Steven Tyler’s lead and going country…but they have changed their tune on allowing their library to be streamed.
According to the New York Times, AC/DC will make their songs available on a variety of subscription streaming services including Spotify, Rdio and the new Apple Music. They were the last major holdouts and follow Metallica (2006), Led Zeppelin (2007) and The Beatles (2010), all of whom changed their minds and came over to the ‘dark side’. Many artists originally balked at iTunes saying the ability to buy individual tracks broke up the flow of an entire album.
