Category 4 Hurricane Irma hasn’t only disrupted vacation plans, it has also cancelled or postponed several concerts in Florida.
Canadian rock legend Bryan Adams announced on his official website: “Due to the uncertainty of Hurricane Irma and for concert-goers’ safety, Bryan Adams’ shows at Bayfront Park Miami on Sept. 8, Daily’s Place Jacksonville on Sept. 9 and Coachman Park, Clearwater, on Sept. 10 have been postponed. Stay tuned for the announcement of the new dates. Tickets will be honoured at the new date or refunds can be issued from point of purchase.”

Adams wasn’t the only performer who had to halt his show. Stand-up comedians Chris Tucker and D.L. Hughley were also scheduled to perform together at Amalie Arena. The performance has since been moved to Oct. 7.

Hurricane Irma is reported to make its way into Florida this weekend and ravaging a number of Caribbean islands.
